An option that can be very effective, if the right fabrics and colours are chosen, is to alternate the panel colours to give a striped effect. This breaks up the solid colour and makes the panel blinds a feature.

If you want to buy panel blinds, it is always good to make sure you have plenty of wall space on either side of the window. It is important to keep in mind the panels all stacks back to either side of the window, so if you don’t want to lose any views out of the window, then the panels will need to go off onto the wall.
